QPS is the vision of Iakovos Diamantakis, one of the most respected and highly accredited Real Estate Agents in Crete.

With two decades of dedicated professional experience and a strong academic background, Iakovos has built a reputation grounded in deep market expertise, absolute honesty and an unwavering commitment to his clients.

His journey began with solid international foundations, holding a Tourism Degree from the Greek Tourism Organization in Rhodes, a National Vocational Qualification Certificate from Midkent College, and a specialized Certificate in Union Credit.

Before channeling his passion into real estate, he honed his world-class customer service standards working with major aviation brands, including British Airways and Swissport Hellas Sud.

In 2006, Iakovos founded QPS with a clear mission: to bring fresh energy, true professionalism and long-awaited trust back into the real estate market.

Known for his charismatic personality and innate kindness, he is a natural problem-solver. Iakovos firmly believes that even in the most challenging market environments, exceptional opportunities always exist—it just takes the right vision and dedication to find them.
